The Company will comply with laws, regulations and guidelines, including the Personal Information Protection Law, to properly handle its customers' personal information.

When the Company is to outsource the processing of its customers' personal information, which sometimes may need to provide business solutions and services to its customers effectively, it will make sure the outsourcing contractor fully understands its personal information protection policy so that they will properly manage personal information held by the Company.

In the event that customers request that their personal information be reviewed, corrected, removed from the database or no longer used, the Company will check to make sure the customer is the true owner of the personal information, and then respond to the request as promptly as possible.

The Company will provide its employees with necessary education with respect to proper handling of personal information of its customers, and check on a regular basis whether all personal information is used properly and managed safely. In addition, the Company will review and improve its efforts in protecting its customers' personal information as often as needed.
